  11. Provide an information box outside your home stocked with brochures on your home for buyers.
  12. Arrange home showing by �appointment only� around your schedule.
  13. Call and let you know the outcome of every showing.
  14. Stay in touch with you on a regular basis to keep you abreast of current market conditions and with what is happening with the sale of your home.
  15. Plan, prepare and hold open houses for the public.
  16. Set appointment with you to present all agreements to purchase.
